Justice Department Continues To Crack Down On Medical Marijuana In California

What do you teach at Oaksterdam University?
Federal v. State (Medical) Marijuana Law – which is an overview of medical marijuana laws at the Federal and State levels. I also teach the Know Your Rights Workshop – which is centered around the 4th, 5th, and 6th Amendments of the U.S. Constitution; it involves skits wherein different police encounters are acted out, to provide students with the knowledge necessary to have a successful police encounter.
