California Law is changing fast. Set up for success in the new regulatory environment with an expert business attorney. The first in a series of online classes that will explain “What just happened?!” and “What should I do next?!” This class will outline exactly what the California Legislature passed, which agency will administer and enforce the Medical Marijuana Regulation and Safety Act, regulate Cultivation, Dispensaries, Manufacturing and Testing.
This article is the second of a three-part series that addresses the new laws under the Medical Marijuana Regulation & Safety Act (MMRSA). If you haven’t already read the article on cultivators and manufacturers then go check it out here. This article will highlight some of the new laws for dispensaries and delivery services under MMRSA.
Things are heating up as we head into February and March! We are energized about our new collaboration with the Oregon Health Research Institute as scientific advisory board members as well as our partnerships with Stepping High and the University of West Indies in Jamaica.
