Oh boy, have the presidential politics been a hot topic in the Jones’ household! Our two-year-old is already babbling on about “Feel the Bern!,” and Cruz, and Trump as well as “oh sh*t” (mommy is still working on her potty mouth). What is surprising me is the lack of support (or even my defense) of Hillary in our household.
Oaksterdam University graduates and alumni, as you immerse yourselves in the cannabis industry, you may find the need to hire outside help for business management and oversight. More than ever, consulting firms claiming to specialize in the cannabis businesses have been on the rise as legalization across the U.S. continues.
California Cannabis Law Group has filed a lawsuit against City of Antioch on behalf of unnamed resident, “Patient J.K.”, for its recent ban on personal cultivation of medical marijuana. The lawsuit states that the City Council’s decision to ban personal cultivation by qualified patients and caregivers is an abuse of the City’s police power and was adopted in a hasty, arbitrary and discriminatory manner… Continue reading
