As I write this, I can’t help but feel more admiration for the City of Oakland, the home of Oaksterdam University. It was the first city in the country to permit and regulate the front of the house in terms of selling medical cannabis, and for years it was the most cannabis-friendly city in the world, even surpassing Amsterdam. “Main-lining” is the process of training your cannabis plant (utilizing Topping, LST, and Lollipopping) to form a manifold of branches where each branch has a direct line to the main stem. It is a great technique to control the growth of both indoor and outdoor plants.
