Oaksterdam University now offers courses in Los Angeles, California. Classes will be held at the Patient ID Center, located at 470 S. San Vicente Blvd. If you would like to register for the Basic Package and/or Advanced Package, refer here for availability and course id numbers. You must complete the Basic Package before taking the Advanced Package. To pay by mail, download the enrollment form below and mail your check or money order for the required amount.  .
Send the completed form and payment to: Oaksterdam University 1776 Broadway Oakland, CA 94612 Make checks payable to Oaksterdam University. You will receive a courtesy phone call confirming your successful enrollment. It is important that you provide us with a working phone number. Without one, we cannot confirm your enrollment. Do NOT send your enrollment form to the L.A. campus. Doing so will significantly delay the processing of your form.
