Robert A. Raich has been a cannabis attorney in California for over twenty years and served as an attorney in both medical cannabis cases to be heard by the U.S Supreme Court. His firm advises clients on corporate and regulatory issues in cannabis law and works to inform policymaking on cannabis issues at a city, county, and state level.

The firm is seeking a paralegal or legal assistant to serve as the primary point of contact with clients, prepare and file legal documents, conduct legal research and analysis, and coordinate communication among attorneys. Other tasks may include working with local and state governments on development and implementation of cannabis policy.
Previous experience in the cannabis industry, demonstrated interested in cannabis or other drug policy, and experience in the legal field are preferred but not necessarily required.

The required hours are Monday – Friday, 11:00am – 6:00pm. This is a full-time, paid, hourly position. We are hoping to fill this position ASAP.
