INTERN SALES/CRM Cannabis Industry (East Oakland)

This is an ideal 20-25/hrs/week position to learn about the emerging and rapidly evolving, national and California legal marijuana industry. Green Rush ConsultingLLC, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Relations Intern to excel in completing administrative tasks that support the Sales pipeline. Those duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • New client account set-up
  • Client interaction and outreach, including answering telephones and making calls, as well as drafting email correspondence
  • Client billing, including hour calculation and invoicing
  • Meeting management, including scheduling, creating agendas, conducting and preparing documents
  • Research national and local policy and regulations
  • Document management, including creating and storing files
  • CRM data entry and maintenance

This Oakland-based position is part-time, but for the right candidate, this could easily become a full-time job. The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

  • Detail-oriented and data driven
  • Experienced computer skills, Mac preferred
  • Sales Experience
  • Professional and courteous office decorum
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence (you are self-aware, socially-aware, self-managed, skilled at relationship management)
  • Team-player, positive attitude, solution mindset
  • Thrives is a fast-paced environment, can shift gears quickly
  • Has a hunger to learn and is a motivated self-starter
  • Compassionate, fair and level-headed
  • Sense of humor
  • Holds a GED or High School Diploma and is enrolled in an institution of higher learning
