The NCC competition will be allowing Home Grown THC flowers from Washington, D.C. and Virginia, and flower, topical and edible Hemp entries from the Mid-Atlantic states of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington D.C.
The NCC competition will be allowing Home Grown THC Flowers from Virginia and Washington, D.C. residents and that the Championship also includes a competition for Hemp Flowers, Hemp Topicals, and Hemp Flower products. These hemp competitions are for residents from New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington D.C.
