The ECS is a chemical communication system that performs the vital function of achieving and maintaining homeostasis, or balance, within the body. Homeostasis is your body’s efforts to keep everything in the right zone. This includes our sleep cycle, mood, memory, appetite, pain sensations, and so much more.
