The 2018 Farm Bill legalized the cultivation, manufacture, and sale of "hemp" in the US, legally distinguished from "cannabis" only by its THC content. This same definition defines a rapidly growing worldwide market for hemp and hemp products. This course examines the science, trends, and regulatory landscape for hemp and how business owners can decrease risk. It provides an overview of products that can be made from hemp and the existing federal regulations that govern their production.
