Regarding Collectives and Cooperatives, Section 11362.775 of the Health and Safety Code that allows qualified patients, and the designated primary caregivers of qualified caregivers, to associate collectively or cooperatively to cultivate cannabis for medical purposes, shall not solely on the basis of that fact be subject to state criminal sanctions, was amended. This section shall remain in effect:
