Stuart Watts was born and raised in San Francisco, and is a 5th generation San Franciscan. After working in hospitality for years, Stuart started his first company SF Native Tours in 2014, which has now been the #1 walking & food tour in SF going on 3 years.
In 2016 Stuart’s team founded the first cannabis tour company in the state of California. Green Guide Tours provides interactive cannabis tours about the history, science, criminal reform, and culture of cannabis in the Bay Area and around the world. The goal is to stop negative stigmas of cannabis through fun educational experiences.
Stuart is an active member of his community, and has sat on a variety of local committees in city hall and was a founding board member of the CA Cannabis Tourism Association. Outside of his passion for SF history, Stuart loves camping, urban design, skateboarding, and will never say no to a snack.
